Advanced Readiness Officer Course
 
Description: The Advanced Readiness Officer Course (AROC) (formerly AMDOC) is the second course in the Medical Department Officer’s Learning Continuum. Registration available for GS12 and above.

The course is designed to prepare medical department officers and senior civilians for increased responsibilities as leaders who understand the "practice and business" of Navy Medicine in operational settings.

AROC is an important waypoint along the Officer Learning Continuum and a natural progression from the Basic Medical Department Officer’s Course.
 
Eligibility:  Navy Medical Department Officers: O-4 (LCDR) to O-5 (CDR)/Civilian employees: GS12 and above.
