DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Branch Health Clinic, Yorktown provides primary care to the beneficiary population of the Northern Peninsula area. The following services are provided: Family Practice, radiology, laboratory, pharmacy, optometry, physical exams, overseas/sea duty screening, preventive medicine, immunizations, occupational medicine, health awareness education, fleet and reserve liaison and dental for active duty. |

- NWS civil service personnel requiring care associated with occupational medicine issues.
- Retired personnel are eligible for pharmacy services / immunization services.

Clinic Directions: The Yorktown clinic is located at the Yorktown Naval Weapons station. From the Hampton Roads area, take I-64 West toward Richmond. Exit onto Hwy 238 at exit #247- Yorktown Naval Weapons Station/Lee Hall Road. Bear Right toward the Weapons Station. At the second stoplight (approximately 2.5 miles after the first stoplight), turn left to Base Gate #1. After proceeding through the gate, take the first Right at Fullinwinder Lane. At the end of this road, make another Right. Thereafter, the road will come to a "Y"-section. Take the Left fork of the "Y". The clinic is the second building on the Right.
Pharmacy refills may be telephoned to the Pharmacy 24 hours a day and are ready for pick up in 3 woking days. Call 953-(MEDS) 6337 or 1-866-285-1008. The Pharmacy phone number is 953-8402.
Appointments: All appointments are scheduled through the TRICARE Call Center, 1-866-MIL-HLTH
