The Director for Administration (DFA) provides administrative support to the command and to the Echelon 4 activities. The DFA provides direction and support to the other directorates and sets the policy required to ensure a coordinated effort in support of command requirements.
 

 Departments

 
  • Information Technology
    The Information Technology Department is the primary provider of operations and management support for Information Systems Management and Automated Information Systems support and services for NAMRU-3.
  • PWO ROICC and Facilities
    PWO / ROICC and Facilities Department is the single point for all facilities engineering products and services for NAMRU-3 and the Commanding Officer The PWO also serves as Regional Office In Charge of Construction. ROICC delivers best-value planning, engineering, and public works for NAMRU-3.
  • Supply Department
    The Supply Department plans, administers, directs, and controls the supply program for the NAMRU-3. Provides for procurement, receipt, issue, inventory control, and security of all materials under NAMRU-3 custody. The Supply Department administers supply related procedures; and prepares reports as directed by appropriate authorities.
  • Safety Department
    The mission of the Safety Department is to prevent mishaps, save lives and preserve resources.
