Educational and Developmental Intervention Services (EDIS)
Location: 3rd floor, north wing
EDIS is an early intervention program that provides information and support to families who have questions or concerns about their child’s development. The goal of EDIS is to work in partnership with families to encourage their infant’s or toddler’s continued success in learning. EDIS provides services to families living within Tri-Command military housing (Laurel Bay, Parris Island, Naval Hospital Beaufort or Marine Corps Air Station). EDIS will assist families, living off base, in finding early intervention program in the County.

Medical Home provides comprehensive health care for individuals and families. The scope of care encompasses all ages, both sexes, and every disease entity. Medical Home consists of a central primary care manager for each patient with the support of a team consisting of physicians (Family Practice, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics), nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and hospital corpsmen.

Location: 1st floor, north wing (check-in)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 1500-2200; Weekends and Federal Holidays, 0800-1900.
The Urgent Care Clinic is for non-emergent patients with an acute illness or concern who need to be seen on weekends and federal holidays, when Medical Home Port is closed.
