
Naval Branch Health Clinic Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS)
BHC PSNS is located aboard the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, the Pacific Northwest’s largest Naval shore facility and one of Washington State’s largest industrial installations.
BHC PSNS Mission:
The BHC PSNS is the provision of medical surveillance and acute care for workplace injuries for approximately 10,000 shipyard workers and 1,500 civilians of other tenant commands. Support is also provided for the 3,500 forces afloat. Primary care for the 350 active duty enrolled is a very small portion of the total work performed.
Medical services include: medical surveillance, primary care, acute care, audiology, optometry, occupational medicine, physical therapy, one-day physical exams, radiology, laboratory, and pharmacy. General dentistry is also provided for active duty at the PSNS Dental Annex located in Building 506 (former NDCNW Headquarters building) aboard NBK-Bremerton.
PSNS Dental Annex provides dental services to 1,000 active duty personnel assigned to tenant commands aboard NBK-Bremerton and to ships/boats undergoing refit at the PSNS.
