Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. by appointment. Walk-in's are allowed ONLY on a space-available basis. We are closed on weekends and on Federal holidays.
The Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Program (SARP), formerly known as the Alcohol Rehabilitation Department (ARD), is located on the Seventh Floor of Naval Hospital Bremerton. Our scheduling line is (360) 475-5350

SARP is the point of service for all active duty members in the West Puget Sound area. We perform substance use screenings for potential alcohol and drug problems among all active duty, retired, & qualified family members at all host and tenant commands aboard this station. SARP also provides IMPACT education, Intensive OutPatient (IOP) Substance Abuse Treatment and case manages addictions treatment in concert with other SARP's at local commands (USS John C. Stennis) and at Naval Hospitals Oak Harbor, Washington and Point Loma and Camp Pendleton, California. We provide ongoing continuing care support for patients treated at those facilities and who transfer in from other duty stations and require ongoing support. We perform educational support for commands and work closely with Navy Drug and Alcohol Program Advisors (DAPA), Marine Corps Substance Abuse Control Officers (SACO), and US Coast Guard Command Drug & Alcohol Representatives (CDAR) to provide care. We also provide Tobacco Cessation (TC) programs to Tricare-eligible persons.
