Medical care at NHCH begins with active duty members, family members and retired PRIME beneficiaries enrolling to NHCH for care by visiting www.tricare.mil. Beneficaries can enroll in TRICARE or change their Primary Care Manager (PCM)/Military Treatment Facility. NHCH After-hours Provider Advice Line: Lets you speak with a medical provider when the clinics are closed. This service is accessed by calling 808.473.0247, ext. 3. You will speak with an answering service who will contact an after-hours provider. A provider will return your call as soon as possible. Please note, the provider has no access to labs, X-rays, appointments or medical records.
