Beneficaries can enroll in TRICARE or change their Primary Care Manager (PCM)/Military Treatment Facility. TRICARE Nurse Advice Line available 24/7 for Hawaii beneficiaries
The Nurse Advice Line provides Hawaii TRICARE beneficiaries with health care advice or same-day appointments for urgent health problems. The Nurse Advice Line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Nurse Advice Line registered nurses ask a series of questions about the caller’s specific concerns to advise when and how to seek care for an urgent problem or give instruction on self-care at home. To access the Nurse Advice Line call toll-free 1-800-874-2273 and select option 1 for medical advice.
