Civilian Human Resources Satellite Office
Naval Hospital Camp Lejeune is proud to have partnered with Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune to establish a satellite Human Resources Office (HRO) set up within the hospital to provide quality service to our civilian workforce and management.
We provide services related to Staffing and Recruitment; Classification and Position Management; and Labor and Employee Relations.

Monday through Friday: 0730-1630
HRO Location
Enter Camp Lejeune at the front gate. Proceed on Holcomb Blvd in the right lane. Bear right onto Brewster Blvd and follow the road through one traffic light. Turn right onto Hospital Corps Road, then right at Staff Parking/Emergency Room sign. To the right of Staff Parking and the loading docks, HRO is located in Bldg NHR161.
