Important Information About Changes in our Hours of Operation For the Following Dates:

Friday, November 27th the Clinic will be open from 0730-1600.

Thursday, December 3rd - the Clinic will be open from 0730 1200 and closed from 1200-1800 for an all hands mandatory training event (Last check in for Immunizations, Pharmacy, Laboratory and Radiology services will be 1130).

December 24th and December 27th. The Clinic will be open from 0730-1600.
