AFTER HOURS CARE
If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room.   If you do not have a medical emergency and obtain care at a civilian facility without a referral, you may be responsible for all costs.  TRICARE Prime patients need to contact the Naval Branch Health Clinic if follow-up care is needed.  All Active Duty must report emergency care to the Clinic within 24 hours.

After hours, Active Duty personnel and TRICARE Prime enrollees who need medical assistance, but do not have a life, limb, or eyesight threatening emergency condition, may contact the Nurse Advice Line, available from 5:00 PM - 6:00 AM M-F and 24 hours on Weekends and Holidays.  Patients should call the Naval Hospital's appointment line at 1-800 529-4677 and choose the option to speak to the nurse. They may also contact the Command Duty Officer (CDO) at 797-8008 to consult with the duty provider.
