Welcome to Naval Branch Health Clinic Mayport, Florida. Our mission is to provide the finest medical care to our beneficiaries. This guide is intended to highlight the services we offer. If you have specific needs or questions, please contact the appropriate department listed in this guide.
Our Clinical Staff consists of 25 Health Care Providers along with 190 Allied and Support Staff. Outpatient visits average 98,000 annually and our Pharmacy staff fills approximately 17,000 to 20,000 prescriptions per month.
Active duty and patients enrolled in the TRICARE Prime health plan have priority access to health-related services. All other TRICARE-eligible beneficiaries may be seen on a space available basis. All medical care, including sick call, is by appointment only. Specialty care (e.g. Dermatology, Urology) is coordinated by the patient's Primary Care Manager and the clinic TRICARE Office. Emergency services are not available at the clinic. For emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. The appointment line is open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. weekday and 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on weekends and holidays. Sick call appointments are available daily and can be made the evening before.
