Arrival time: Please arrive at the Hospital front desk to be checked in at your appointment time. First, a corpsman or medical assistant will check your child’s measurements, vital signs and have you complete any needed paperwork. After the check-in process is complete, you will see your provider. To help your check-in go quickly, please see if there are any forms you can print and complete from the Link list below.
Late Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will do our best to work you into the schedule but on-time patients will be seen first. If needed, your appointment may be rescheduled for a later time or date.
Contagious Diseases: Please do not bring anyone into the hospital that you suspect may have chicken pox or measles. In those cases, if not an emergency, please contact the clinic first to either give you home care guidance or make appropriate arrangements for your child to be seen in order to limit the exposure of other patients to a possible contagious disease.
