    Q: How do I make an appointment?

    A: All appointments are made by calling the TRICARE Regional Appointment Center (TRAC) at: (800) 404-4506. Additionally, you may use any of the white phones on the walls throughout Naval Hospital Oak Harbor, they are directly linked to the TRICARE Regional Appointment Center.

    Q: What about Exceptional Family Member needs? Will they be able to be met?
    A: The exceptional family members medical needs will be met and any specialty care will be provided by the military treatment facility (MTF) or civilian network.
