Under the Navy College Program (https://www.navycollege.navy.mil), the Navy College Office provides services which enable active duty personnel to pursue education opportunities. This office manages the Navy's voluntary education program for NMCP. The current components of this program available to NMCP personnel include Tuition Assistance, Academic Advising, the Navy College Learning Program/Navy College Learning Center, DANTES testing and independent student programs, and SOCNAV (Servicemembers Opportunity College, Navy).

Location: Bldg 272 (Admin), Room 105 (formerly Federal Credit Union spaces), Telephone # 953-7853, email nco.nmcp@navy.mil. School representatives rotate to NMCP on a regular basis. They are located in rooms 112 and 103 in building 272. Please see current flyer for their outreach contact information and schedule.
