All refill requests must be submitted by phone or via TRICARE Online. Walk-up refill requests will NOT be accepted. Refills are processed at the Scott Annex Regional Refill Facility and distributed to your selected pharmacy location for pickup.

NMCP Pharmacy Online refills are now being processed via TRICARE Online. To use this service, you will need to register for TRICARE Online at www.TRICAREonline.com.

Once registered, you may log on using either a CAC card or username and password. Once logged in, simply select the "Refill Prescription" link under "Refill a Prescription" to access the online refill page.
