Availability of Services:
Open to active duty only with the exception of cardiopulmonary services which are open to all beneficiaries. A referral/consultation is required. Civilian referrals are not accepted

Appointments:
Appointments are scheduled through TRICARE, 1-866-MIL-HLTH, by calling the PT department or in person at the clinic. Patients can wear appropriate gym attire for their appointments.

NMCP Buildings 1,2 and 3

Provides examination, testing and treatment services to patients requiring physical rehabilitation and reconditioning programs involving the neuro-musculoskeletal system. Provides electroneuromyographic and nerve conduction testing services for evaluation of neuromuscular disorders. Provides cardiopulmonary evaluation, exercise testing/prescription and rehabilitation for patients with cardiopulmonary/metabolic disorders.
