Building 3 (the "high rise" or old main hospital building). Enter the Naval Medical Center compound from Effingham Street in downtown Portsmouth. After entering the base, park in the main parking garage to the left. The clinic is located on the 3rd floor one floor above the Navy Federal Credit Union and Food Court.
Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday, 0730 - 1600
by appointment.
