Availability of Services:
The outpatient clinic hours are from 0800 to 1600. We have 24/7 on-call availability for inpatients on a referral basis only.
Appointments:
You must first have your provider enter a referral to us. Many times the provider will consult a surgical team first. Once the diagnosis and treatment plan has been established, the surgical team can refer to us to enhance the plan of care. |
Wound and Ostomy Service
The Wound and Ostomy Service is a nurse-managed service. Care is provided on a referral-only basis.
Patients with complicated wounds, new or established ostomies, and fistulas are managed by our specialty nurses. Occasionally patients whose skin is impaired from incontinence are referred to our service.

Additional Information:
Remember we are a nurse-managed clinic. If you have complications with your wound or ostomy, you need to contact your physician or go to the Emergency Room. For patients needing wound or ostomy supplies, you must first have a referral to the Wound Clinic before we can assist you with ordering and procuring supplies.
