Planning for the future is vital to ensuring our public health services and programs remain relevant and deliver value for our warfighters and their families for generations to come.
The NMCPHC Strategic Plan presents the mission and a 3 year vision, long-term goals, and actionable objectives on which all command activities are based.
The strategy defines what the command wants to achieve and how they will achieve it.
It is the foundation and compass by which NMCPHC navigates the continually changing public health environment.
The NMCPHC goals and objectives present the actionable and achievable component of the command’s strategy. They describe how NMCPHC will go about executing the mission and strategy. NMCPHC goals and objectives are a critical component of the command’s culture and impact everything we do at NMCPHC on a day-to-day basis.
