Commit yourself to health this holiday season with Pace Your Fitness Programs!

The Fitness Office at Naval Base Point Loma is dedicated to keeping you and your health on track this holiday season with Pace Your Fitness Programs running December 14th until December 31st.

The fitness center is offering several, self-paced programs and activities such as:

  • Calorie Countdown to the New Year (cardio and strength challenges)
  • Race to the New Year (time-based exercises)
  • Workout of the (Holi) Day and Exercise of the Day (18 days of workouts and workout profiles)
  • Twelve Days of Christmas (a progressive exercise challenge)

Activities are open to all MWR patrons and designed to keep you focused on your health and wellness when it can be easy to get too busy for YOU ​during the holidays. No registration is required. To learn more contact 619-553-4259.
