EAT: SPICY POWER RAMEN

This recipe makes ramen noodles into a filling, nutrient-dense, and flavorful dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 package of ramen noodles
  • 1 seasoning packet
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, diced
  • 5 button mushrooms chopped
  • 1 carrot chopped
  • 2 cups green beans chopped
  • 1 cup garbanzo beans
  • 1 squirt of hot sauce

Directions

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add onion, garlic, mushroom, carrot, and green beans.

2. Return to boil, add noodles, and garbanzo beans. Cook 2 minutes.

3. Add seasoning packet from noodles and hot sauce, remove from heat. Stir together.

4. Pour into a bowl and enjoy!
