LEARN: HEART HEALTH

Learn to Lower Your Cholesterol (open to all eligible beneficiaries)

Do you know the difference between “good” and “bad” cholesterol? If not, or you’d like to learn more, this class will help you identify lifestyle changes like choosing foods that are lower in fat and chole​sterol that can help you improve your cholesterol profile. You’ll get tips for heart-healthy eating in the galley, local restaurants, and when cooking at home.

Healthier Heart Class (open to all eligible beneficiaries)

Learn all about heart disease, including how lifestyle changes can help prevent heart attacks and manage heart disease, from a team of health care professionals. Topics covered include disease management, medication, exercise, diet, and nutrition.
