LEARN: SENIOR WELLNESS

Senior Wellness Program (medical release from a physician is required before enrolling)

This 13-week program incorporates exercise and informational health lectures. A comprehensive Senior Fitness Assessment is administered at the start of the program and upon completion, showing you just how much you’ve progressed.

Senior Yoga (open to all eligible beneficiaries ages 50 and older)

Certified yoga instructors from Silver Age Yoga teach this program. Participants are encouraged to attend a minimum of eight weeks to fully realize the benefits of yoga.
