Mind body medicine offers patients who are suffering from chronic pain, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and stress non-pharmaceutical options to manage their condition. It provides a gentle way to exercise, working with and around pain and other limitations, and has helped many reduce their anxiety and improve sleep.

Beach Yoga

Yoga helps decrease stress and achieve mental clarity, while stretching and strengthening joints and muscles. Transportation is provided—vehicles depart from Bldg. 26 at 7 a.m.

Tai Chi

The class guides participants through the gentle flowing movements of Tai Chi. It assists in with developing balance, calming of mind, managing stress, and maintaining strength and flexibility.

 

Yoga

Yoga helps decrease stress and achieve mental clarity, while stretching and strengthening joints and muscles.

Yoga at C5

Yoga helps decrease stress and achieve mental clarity, while stretching and strengthening joints and muscles.

Yoga Happy Back

Yoga helps decrease stress and achieve mental clarity, while stretching and strengthening joints and muscles. This class focuses on back flexibility and strength.​
