Starting Oct 1, 2012 you can pay your bill by credit card, debit card or directly from your bank account by utilizing Pay.Gov.  Pay.Gov is a secure website through the U. S. Treasury Department.

Patient Relations Office

 

We serve as patient advocates dedicated to providing outstanding customer service to all our beneficiaries. We assist our patients and hospital staff in resolving difficult and potentially controversial issues and act as staff advocates when appropriate. We also provide or obtain sign language interpreters and coordinate other language interpreters upon request. Information is also available on assistive devices for the disabled including Telephone Devices for the Deaf (TDD), Closed caption decorder, prism glasses, nurses call switch for patients with limited movement, etc.

Customer Service Representative and their alternates represent 75 clinics, wards, Branch Clinics and TRICARE Outpatient Clinics who are appointed or assigned to resolve patient concerns or issues in their respectives departments and clinics.
