  • Limited Duty reports
  • Medical Board reports and addendums
  • Temporary Duty Retirement List (TDRL) periodic physical evaluations
  • Psychological testing
  • Involuntary Command Referral for diagnosis and treatment (Boxer evaluations)
    • Military Court evaluations, including insanity boards (706 Boards)
    • Department of the Navy Central Adjudication Facility (DONCAF) evaluations
    • Special assignment evaluations

    Referral Process 

    Patients are referred through their primary care providers, emergency room, or inpatient services.  Self referral is available for OIF/OEF veterans.
