Commander Elaine C. Wagner Rear Admiral Chief, Navy Dental Corps United States Navy

Rear Adm. Wagner grew up in Southern Indiana and attended Butler University (B.A., 1976) and Indiana University School of Dentistry (D.D.S., 1980). She completed her Pediatric Dentistry residency at Riley Children’s Hospital, Indianapolis in 1982. She was commissioned and reported to Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, 29 Palms, Calif., in December 1983. In July 1987, she became the Pediatric Dentistry department head at the 32nd Street Dental Clinic, San Diego.

Chief of Staff Mary E. Neill Captain, Dental Corps United States Navy

Born in MCAS Cherry Point Hospital, Havelock, North Carolina, and a native of Baltimore, Maryland, Captain Neill attended University of Maryland Baltimore County where she studied Biology and Vocal Performance earning a BA in Biological Sciences in 1981. Upon graduation she entered the University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dental Surgery where she was elected to the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1985. Upon graduation she entered private practice in White Plains, New York and in 1988 received a direct commission as a Lieutenant in the Navy Dental Corps.

Master Chief James was born on April 15, 1967 in Bronx, New York. After graduating high school in 1985 he reported to recruit training in Aug 1987 in San Diego, California.
