The Navy Medical Service Corps DUINS program offers a wide range of Fellowship and Masters/Doctorate level degree programs. These opportunities are open to Officers in all 31 specialties in the Corps. The goals of DUINS are to:
Provide for maximum professional growth and use of abilities, aptitudes, interests, skills and knowledge,
Develop highly qualified Medical Service Corps officers to ensure quality care in wartime, peacetime and for all contingencies
Develop Medical Service Corps officers for senior leadership roles in the future.
Full Time Out-service opportunities are available for Fellowships and Degree programs at civilian companies and organizations and civilian College and University systems throughout the country.
Full Time In-service opportunities for Degree programs are available at the Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, Maryland and the Naval Post Graduate School in Monterey, California.
