Memorandum of Agreement - Only federal entities will transfer material or collaborate on a project.

Non-Disclosure Agreement - Sharing sensitive information in preparation for collaboration or contract.
Standard Navy CRADA - Standard pre-clinical research collaboration that involves at least one non-federal entity.
Limited-Purpose CRADA for Equipment or Material Transfer from Non-Navy Provider to Navy Recipient - One-way transfer of non-clinical material from non-Federal partner to Navy
Limited-Purpose CRADA for Equipment or Clinical Material Transfer from Non-Federal Provider to Navy Recipient - One-way transfer of equipment for clinical use or clinical material or information.
Limited-Purpose CRADA for Equipment or Material Transfer from Navy Provider to Non-Navy Recipient - One-way transfer of non-clinical material from Navy partner to non-Federal entity.
Limited-Purpose CRADA for Equipment or Clinical Material Transfer from Navy Provider to Non-Federal Recipient - One-way transfer of equipment for clinical use or clinical material or information.
Non-Standard Multiple-Party Navy CRADA - Pre-clinical collaboration with multiple partners (at least one must be non-Federal).
Non-Standard Navy Clinical Trials CRADA _ - Clinical trial collaboration with at least one non-Federal partner.
Non-Standard Navy Observational Clinical CRADA - Collaborative research involves the use of human data, information, or samples but will not test a device, vaccine, or drug for FDA approval.

CRADA Application Template - The CRADA application can be submitted to your ORTA for CRADA drafting or you can use the standard templates above to fill in requested information.
CRADA Interim Report - This can be used as a guide for interim reporting on the status of your CRADA.
CRADA Financial Report - This can be used as a guide for interim financial reporting to your CRADA sponsor.
CRADA Final Report- This final report should be forwarded from the NMRC or MTF PI to keep OLTS abreast of CRADA close out.
