Transition Assistance Management Program (TAMP) information.   These are personnel that have been discharged from Active Duty but have ID cards that make them eligible for full medical benefits for 180 days.  (click on link for program information) TAMP_Flyer_10_LoRes.pdf

All labs are required to fill orders for MCERP inserts with polycarbonate lenses as of 1 Oct 2011.   Ordering clinics need to download the latest version of SRTS, Build 180. (click on link for program information) Poly Letter.pdf 

M-50 Inserts are now available for Deploying Personnel and Sustainment.  We urge all clinics to place your new M-50 orders to meet Personnel Readiness Requirements with your respective Ophthalmic Laboratories. 

March AFB, Tinker AFB, McChord AFB, Grissom ARB, McGuire AFB and McConnell AFB M-50 requests will be expedited as M-50 Gas Masks were initially deployed to these locations.   

APO/FPO Deployed Personnel:  G-Eyes "Military Eyewear System"
This link allows authorized deployed personnel to re-order prescription glasses
(FOC not included), gas mask inserts and MCEP prescription lens carriers that were
previously ordered through a U.S. Military Treatment Facility or U.S. Military Computer System.

Notice to All Users of SRTS:
To cut down on SRTS package delays and outages, the method for sending SRTS packages to Optical Labs has changed.
Please do not email your packages to the Central Server.

Instead, upload your packages directly to the Central Server via the SRTS website.

Please do not use special characters (!@#$%^&*()_+=-{}{|":?>) when entering data in the Comment fields on SRTS.  Any order that has special characters or symbols in the Comment fields will not be processed.
