Checking Order Status

 

Clinics / Guard / Reserve Sites

If you are a military agency and would like to know the status of a job or make sure a SRTS batch of orders was received, please contact us with the information below.

  • Account number
  • Patient’s last name
  • Patient’s last four of SSN, never a complete SSN 
  • SRTS batch / package ID
  • Any comments or questions

You will receive an email back with the status from NOSTRA’s Customer Service Department on the same or next business day. 
You may also call Customer Service during regular working hours.

Active Duty Remote / Retirees

If you are active duty in a remote location or a retiree and would like to know the status of your glasses or to make sure your order was received, please contact us with the information below.

  • Your first and last name
  • Your last four of SSN, never a complete SSN
  • Any comments or questions
