                 Our clinic offers exemplary health care services for women’s wellness and health care needs across the lifespan. Our outstanding team includes board-certified
Obstetric and Gynecologic physicians, Certified Nurse-Midwives, Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, Nurses, Hospital Corpsmen, Medical Assistants and additional support staff.


Hours of Operation

Monday thru Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Eligilibility:  Full access to all DoD-eligible beneficiaries.


Consult Is Required:  A referral is required from your TRICARE ‘Primary Care Manager’.  The clinic staff will contact patients upon receipt of the referral for initiation of care and to schedule appointments.


Clinic Policies:

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Active Duty should be in the Uniform of the Day.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as soon as possible by calling 850-505-6750.

The OB/GYN Clinic supports family-centered care. However, for the welfare and safety of patients, children and staff, there are certain appointments when patients are discouraged from bringing children into the examination room. If you must bring your child, please bring someone to watch that child, if necessary.


Medical Records: 

  • All Active Duty MUST bring their health records.
  • Patients who have been referred from or followed by a civilian provider should bring their medical record of civilian care.
  • For OB appointments, separate OB Medical Records are maintained in the Clinic.
