On Behalf of Naval Hospital Pensacola we would like to welcome you to the Occupational Health Department a division of Preventive Medicine.
        All new staff must present to Occupational Health on the in-processing checklist:
All branches of Active Duty, Reservists, Civilians (GS and NAF), Red Cross Volunteers, Students, and
Contracted Workers.  
Occupational Health has several missions most importantly is Medical Surveillance,
Immunization review, Pregnancy Surveillance, and Workman’s Compensation Case Management
For On- The- Job injuries to name a few.  Most visits comprise of a Part-I and Part-II physical. 
Part I being creating the packet of paperwork, Immunization review, ordering lab titers for
Historical Immunizations to make sure they have not waned over time, and possibly sent to
Immunizations for a TB skin test.  Part-II will be a 20-30 min visit with completing questionnaire
Paperwork, and signing off of the stressors assigned by the Safety Department.
 
1.) NH Pensacola Occupational Health is located 6000 HWY 98 Pensacola, FL on
the first floor in Zone H1051. Dress is the Uniform of the Day to wear to appointments.  
Hours are 0700-1500.

2.) Naval Air Station Pensacola Occupational Health is located on 450 Turner Street in
Bldg #3600. Parking is located directly across the street. Come into the door on the left door (coming
into the building shared with Dental Clinic- being the door on the right).
Dress is the Uniform of the Day to wear to appointments.   Hours are 0700-1530.
