 Our mission is to provide pharmaceutical services for our beneficiaries through improved
clinical, economic, and humanistic outcomes of drug therapy.  To support the                     
readiness of our fleet through our advanced Leadership and Professionalism.

Hours of Operation 

Monday-Friday 0800-1700 Federal Holidays and Weekends Closed. 

Refills

All refills must be called in via telephone at 344-9620 and require a 24

hour turn around. Refills called in on Friday will be ready for pick-up on

Monday. Refills are kept 10 days on the shelf; and after that time frame the

medications are returned to stock to ensure space for newer request via 24

hour refill call in line.

Controlled Substances

Schedule II Narcotic class drugs will require custody signature from each

patient. No refills are issued on this schedule of drug. All other patient

questions should be directed toward their provider or the duty pharmacist.
