Inform your sponsor of your Report Date and Time; so, he/she can meet you upon your arrival to the ship.

Thereafter, your sponsor will accompany you to the Administration Department to stamp your in-hand/original orders, fill out required paperwork, and receive your Check-in Sheet. If arriving on the weekend/holiday, please inform your sponsor; so, he/she can make arrangements with the Command Duty Officer.

After check-in, your sponsor will familiarize you with the ship, your workspace, and general duties / responsibilities.

If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Command Sponsor Coordinator            (MM1 Donald) at (757) 445-6257 Ext 5990.
