SAN DIEGO, Calif. - 101129-N-0208R-007 SAN DIEGO (Nov. 29, 2010) Lt. Edward R. Utz, a Graduate Medical Education program intern at Naval Medical Center San Diego, performs an ear exam on Lt. Sarah E. Dixon. The Graduate Medical Education program helps doctors develop clinical and professional skills in 24 accredited programs such as obstetrics gynecology, internal medicine and orthopedics.
