SAN ANTONIO - Navy Lt. Joe Hamm, Class 20-3 advisor, provides the Physician Assistant oath to students at the conclusion of their graduation from Phase 1 of the Interservice Physician Assistant Program. The new physician assistants will now head to various locations to complete Phase 2 of the program.
