WILLIAMSBURG, Va. - Ready for his new role, Cmdr. Matthew Marcinkiewicz became the head of his command that was elevated in Navy Echelon status on May 13, when the Chief of Naval Operations released the Organizational Change Request, realigning some Navy logistics units and reorganizing others.
