GULF OF THAILAND (March 4, 2023) –Hospitalman Anthony Gonzalez, left, draws blood from Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Alaa El Saad, assigned to 2nd Division, 4th Marines (2/4), 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU),during a walking blood bank exercise aboard amphibious transport dock USS Anchorage (LPD 23), March 4, 2023. Walking blood banks are held to prepare for an urgent mass casualty requiring blood transfusions.
