William Deniston salute the colors during Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC)’s change of command ceremony. The ceremony, presided over by Valdes, saw Deniston relieved as commander, NMRC by Jones. NMRC leads the Naval Medical Research and Design enterprise, eight commands throughout the globe which focus on readiness through research and development in support of the Navy, Marine Corps and joint U.S. warfighters.
