UVALDE, Texas - UVALDE, Texas – (Nov. 20, 2023) – Sailors of the Chiefs Mess assigned to Navy Medicine Training Support Center (NMTSC) carry retired Senior Chief Hospital Corpsman Joe Luna to his final resting place at Hillcrest Cemetery in Uvalde, Texas. The Sailors received Certificates of Special Congressional Recognition from Retired Navy Master Chief and U.S. Rep. Tony Gonzales (TX-23) for serving as the funeral detail.
