MILLINGTON, Tenn. (April 12, 2024) Capt. Teresa Allen, a native of Eighty Four, Pennsylvania, and the Medical Deputy Corps Chief for the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED), presents to Rear Adm. Jim Waters, Commander, Navy Recruiting Command, during the inaugural kaizen event at Navy Recruiting Command (NRC) headquarters. Kaizen is a Japanese term meaning change for the better or continuous improvement. It is a structured approach focused on identifying and eliminating roadblocks that hinder a process.
