ATLANTIC OCEAN (April 24, 2024) Lt. Cmdr. Yarrow Sheldon and Lt. William Grello, both assigned to the Expeditionary Resuscitative Surgical System, treat a simulated medical casualty during the Composite Unit Training Exercise (COMPTUEX) aboard the San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock USS New York, April 24, 2024. COMPTUEX is a unit’s final at-sea assessment before becoming certified to deploy. New York is underway in the Atlantic Ocean completing integrated naval training as part of the Wasp Amphibious Ready Group (WSP ARG)-24th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU).
