The three-day exercise, part of Keen Sword 25, focuses on ensuring readiness for Health Service Support (HHS) functions across the Indo-Pacific Region. Keen Sword is a biennial, joint and bilateral field-training exercise involving U.S. military and Japan Self-Defense Forces personnel, designed to increase readiness and interoperability while strengthening the U.S.-Japan alliance.
