by Navy Medicine | 24 November 2020 LT Kristofer Ceredon General Dentist PEOPLE LT Ceredon earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. After joining the Navy, he successfully completed a 12-month residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Naval Dental Clinic Norfolk. PLATFORMS LT Ceredon is assigned to Navy Medical Readiness and Training Command Portsmouth and serves in the Dental Department at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth. He is also a member of Expeditionary Medical Unit 10A and volunteered to be the Triage Officer for Expeditionary Medical Facility Juliet. ATLANTIC OCEAN (Dec. 2, 2016) Lt. Kristofer Ceredon performs a dental cleaning on a Sailor aboard the aircraft carrier USS George H.W. Bush (CVN 77). GHWB is underway conducting a Composite Training Unit Exercise (COMPTUEX) with the George H.W. Bush Carrier Strike Group in preparation for an upcoming deployment. He recently earned two additional non-core surgical privileges to support the periodontics department and mentors five General Practice Residents, all while remaining full-time in patient care. He also supported the SECNAV?s strategic initiative by serving as a mediator in five Diversity and Inclusion sessions.
