Command Master Chief of Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command Pearl Harbor

Master Chief Petty Officer Vivit was raised in San Juan, Ilocos Sur, Republic of the Philippines. He immigrated to Honolulu, Hawaii in June of 1999 and join the United States Navy in July 2000. Upon completion of recruit training, he attended Hospital Corpsman “A” School in Great Lakes, IL and Field Medical Service School (FMSS) at Camp Pendleton, CA in 2001.

Master Chief Vivit’s sea and deployment tours include: Field Medical Service Technician in 2nd Battalion 7th Marines, 1st Marine Division, Twentynine Palms CA in 2001-2004; Senior Preventive Technician onboard USS HARRY S TRUMAN (CVN 75), Norfolk, VA with two deployments during Operation Inherent Resolve in 2013-2016; Senior Enlisted Leader at 21st Dental Company, 3rd Dental Battalion, Kaneohe Bay, HI from 2018-2021; and as the Senior Enlisted Advisor at Expeditionary Medical Facility, Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Horn of Africa from 2022-2023.
Ashore, Master Chief Vivit served as General Duty Corpsman in Naval Hospital Guam from 2004-2007; Preventive Medicine Technician, Naval Branch Health Clinic Bahrain and Naval Health Clinic Hawaii from 2008-2013; and as Senior Enlisted Leader, Directorate for Clinical Support Services, Naval Hospital Yokosuka, Japan from 2016-2018.

In June 2023, he assumed duties as Command Master Chief at Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.

Master Chief Vivit is a graduate of the U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Academy (Class 173-Brown Group) in Newport, RI in 2013 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences degree.
 
Master Chief Vivit’s personal awards include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (5 awards), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (4 awards), Military Outstanding Voluntary Service Medal, and various unit and campaign awards.

He is authorized to wear the Enlisted Fleet Marine Force Warfare Specialist; Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist, Enlisted Aviation Warfare Specialist, and Information Dominance Warfare Specialist insignias.
