NHRC is strategically located on Naval Base Point Loma, San Diego, CA. Our headquarters can be accessed through both the main security gate or the gate off of Catalina Blvd. Below are specific directions for your reference.
According to security regulations, all visitors aboard Naval installations must either be escorted by designated personnel or request unescorted access to the NBPL Pass and ID Office at least 7 working days prior to the date of access.
