JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (NNS) -- Twenty-five staff from Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command (NMRTC) Jacksonville (co-located with Naval Hospital Jacksonville) are deploying aboard the U.S. Navy hospital ship USNS Comfort (T-AH 20). Comfort is on a five-month mission to South America, Central America, and the Caribbean, starting in mid-June.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (NNS) -- More local services will be available for active and retired military service members and their adult family members, with the planned July opening of a new inpatient behavioral health unit at Naval Hospital (NH) Jacksonville.  The inpatient unit will complement the hospital’s existing outpatient services.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (NNS) -- Naval Hospital (NH) Jacksonville hosted its annual Science, Service, Medicine and Mentoring (S2M2) internship at the hospital June 10-14 with 13 high school students from Darnell-Cookman School of the Medical Arts.
