• An issue with very large exams not displaying has been fixed.
• The link within the program info pop-up that opens the program in the Matrix Manual has been fixed.

February 2024

• Fields now autopopulate across pages correctly in Adobe Reader/Acrobat and FireFox. So, MMO forms should now work correctly in all major browsers (including Chrome and Edge) and in Adobe PDF applications.

July 19, 2024

• If your browser cache is cleared, you may lose your favorites. To work around this, you can now create a bookmark of the page with your favorites set and your favorites will be there when you use the bookmark. Be sure to update your bookmark if you change your favorites.

• Columns on the Studies, Immunizations, and Vision page will adjust their width based on how many columns are needed.

• Fixed issue that prevented exams from being created and resulted in just a white screen being shown after clicking "Create Exam". This issue only occurred at specific locations due to local network security policies.

• It's now possible to populate the SF-600's header and footer fields from the web application interface by clicking "Enter form info". Values for non-PII/PHI fields may be saved in the browser which will allow, for example, the "Hospital or Medical Facility" field to auto-populate onto the SF-600.
• Fixed formatting problem on the studies page with chest x-ray items

• The program list at the beginning of the SF600 is formatted properly when including a program with a very long name
• The tab order of the SF600 (press the tab key to navigate between fields) is correct
• The SF600 template was modified to reflect the most recent official revision, STANDARD FORM 600 (REV. 8/2018)
