Effective immediately, US Naval Hospital and patients of the clinics at Capodichino and Gaeta have a new way of paying their hospital invoices with ease and security, right from their own home. The Hospital has partnered with the U.S. Treasury to offer the ability for patients to pay their bills through the Treasury’s www.pay.gov payment web site. At pay.gov, patients can make payments using their credit card, savings account or by writing a paperless check.
To access the Hospital’s payment form, patients should go to www.pay.gov, and search on ‘NAVHOSP’ or ‘NAPLES’, or go directly to:
https://www.pay.gov/paygov/forms/formInstance.html?agencyFormId=12639203. Patients can find their account numbers (a different account number generates for each visit) listed on the invoice that they receive in the mail, or by calling the Medical Services Accounts (MSA) Office at 081-811-6224 (DSN 629-6224).
